Hi! I'm HoneyFun. I've been programming since I was 5 and started programming video games at around 8. Now, I'm 13, and I've finally managed to release my first video game, Direct Ascent, and plan to make many more!
Games I made before Direct Ascent (they were bad)
By the way, they only work for Windows (sorry, Mac users)
- ZapFred, a masterpiece of not being able to move and I don't know what the heck is going on because when I was making it, I probably broke everything and didn't even realize it.
- LevelFly, one step up - you can actually move! However, I managed to glitch everything out and make it so that there is only one level that works. Yay
- Cube Capture! Much fewer glitches but as much gameplay value as LevelFly, enjoy an attempted spinoff of Slime Rancher that completely failed. However, it's main core idea is really awesome and I might remake the game at some point.
- Beta Centauri, an great concept with slightly better execution than Cube Capture. I still like a lot of parts of it though, and it was the game I made before I made Direct Ascent.
In the Future
I don't really have a set in stone plan for what I'll do next after Direct Ascent (it's not completely done yet). My current idea is to get a larger audience using YouTube and show the development of Cube Capture there, along with a few other things. I don't really know though, maybe you can give some suggestions!
